Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hot Water Bottles
  • Slippers
  • Onesies (due to their intimate nature)
  • Dressing Gowns

These items are exempt from return for health and sanitary reasons unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  4. Ship the Item: Mail the return package to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours and may take 2-3 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
